This is the site of our downeast experimental station located in Milbridge, Maine .

The site is 13 acres with 1000 plus feet of river frontage on Bobby Creek.

It consists of an 800 ' access road, parking area, 250' drilled water well supplying 200 plus GPM, concrete floating pad, 20' container, steel legs supporting a platform as a base for a 2 story structure.

The site incorporates a 1000 gallon septic and sub surface leach field.

The mindset in all aspects of developing the property has been to inflict the least impact possible while emphasizing robust, secure, minimalistic, low maintenance, and energy efficient construction methods.

The owners allow water access to a campsite on Bobby Creek registered with the Maine Island Trail. This is the view from the camping area. Access at half tide or higher only.
